This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Guide the post-sales team through active participation in operations (beyond mere management)
• Oversee customer interactions, intervening as needed to maintain frontline quality
• Develop and, most importantly, execute enhancements throughout the customer journey
• Directly engage with key metrics: churn, LTV, repeat purchases, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction
• Formulate, test, and improve playbooks based on practical outcomes
• Identify and swiftly address operational bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the team on a daily basis, working closely to ensure speed and performance
• Transform feedback into actionable steps without depending on intricate structures
• Highly hands-on individual: you execute, experiment, modify, and enhance continuously
• Prior practical experience in post-sales, customer experience (CX), or customer success
• Strong focus on results and metrics
• Capable of operating and leading simultaneously
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments requiring quick adaptations and immediate responses
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead the team through example (not merely words)
