Post-Closing Purchase Advice Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Precisely input Purchase Advice information into Encompass for finalized loans (high volume, high accuracy).

• Examine Purchase Advice and associated post-close source documents to verify essential data points such as:

• Purchase date, purchase price, net proceeds, premium/discount (if applicable)

• Fees/adjustments, escrow/impounds details (if applicable), principal balance/UPB

• Investor and servicing-related fields, including first payment due (as relevant to your workflow)

• Ensure Encompass accurately reflects the final terms (e.g., note rate, loan amount/UPB, key dates) based on source documentation

• Detect discrepancies, document findings clearly in Encompass notes, and escalate exceptions to the appropriate internal team (Secondary/Shipping/Accounting/Post-Close lead)

• Maintain clear audit trails: consistent naming, comments, and checklist fulfillment per SOP.

• Monitor assigned pipeline, achieve daily/weekly production targets, and provide status updates as required.

• Accurately enter and update Purchase Advice details in Encompass

• Review post-closing documents to ensure loan details align with the system

• Verify key loan information such as dates, amounts, fees, and escrow details

• Confirm that final loan terms (rate, loan amount, important dates) are accurate

• Identify discrepancies or errors and document them clearly in the system

• Escalate queries or issues to the relevant internal team when necessary

• Maintain organized and audit-ready records by adhering to established procedures

• Manage an assigned pipeline and stay aligned with daily and weekly objectives

• Provide basic status updates on assigned loans

• Comprehend how precise post-closing data supports servicing and finance teams
