This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Implement onboarding strategies that align with both company and client objectives.
• Set up and tailor POS systems, including constructing menus according to client specifications.
• Efficiently manage client data entry and system configuration tasks.
• Provide clear and friendly verbal support and training to customers.
• Diagnose client issues and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve them effectively.
• Offer continuous external support for both technical POS issues and general customer service inquiries.
• Adjust to a dynamic work schedule as necessary.
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or Customer Service Representative (CSR).
• Previous experience in creating menus within POS systems (e.g., restaurant technology or POS platforms).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a background in high-accuracy data entry.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-driven and tech-savvy with a client-oriented mindset.
• Permanent remote position.
• Bi-weekly payments via Payoneer/Paypal.
• Weekends off.
• Required equipment: personal computer, webcam, microphone, and a reliable internet connection.
