POS Customer Advisor, Sales Promoter – Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Your role: You will manage our promotional stand in bustling shopping centers, stores, and malls within the triangle area — Münster, Osnabrück, and Bielefeld.

• Proactive engagement: Instead of waiting for customers to approach you, you take the initiative to engage with individuals, using your charm to convert passersby into loyal supporters of 100% green electricity.

• Needs evaluation & contract closure: You provide advice to customers on equal terms, protecting them from overpriced tariffs while finalizing contracts directly on-site, with a focus on acquiring new clients.

• Flexible full-time workweek: Your working hours will be adaptable across five days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

• Strong communication skills: You are fluent in German, outgoing, and comfortable with actively engaging hundreds of strangers daily.

• Physical stamina: You enjoy being active, appreciate the energy on the sales floor, and possess the endurance to handle the fast-paced environment at the stand.

• Experience & motivation: Ideally, you possess prior experience in POS sales or retail. If you are transitioning from another field (e.g., hospitality or gastronomy), you are accustomed to managing a dynamic routine with enthusiasm. You enjoy direct interaction with people, maintain your smile even during long shifts, and effectively persuade customers from the first to the last interaction on the floor.
