This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Perform secondary quality assessments to guarantee overall linguistic precision and consistency across various batches.

• Assess and calibrate severity ratings to uphold alignment with established quality benchmarks.

• Detect systemic issues in machine translation quality, including recurring error trends, tone discrepancies, and terminology misalignments.

• Deliver high-level qualitative insights that significantly contribute to final quality reporting and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the target language along with strong English language skills.

• Prior experience in linguistic quality assessment, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality control.

• Solid understanding of linguistic QA frameworks and error categorization.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-oriented, analytical approach.

• Capability to work autonomously and provide clear, actionable feedback on quality.
