This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Revise and assess machine-translated customer service content with a high degree of precision and consistency.

• Analyze the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project guidelines.

• Generate top-notch human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to the provided style guides, tone regulations, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report ongoing machine translation quality issues and trends at the batch level.

• Native fluency in the target language along with strong English proficiency.

• Background in translation, localization, or machine translation post-editing.

• Understanding of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.
