This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Drive the growth and development of our Geared Motors division.
• Establish enduring partnerships with stakeholders, OEMs, and significant accounts.
• Discover new business prospects and implement the commercial strategy.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize deals.
• Utilize internal tools to configure and select Geared Motors.
• Work in close collaboration with our manufacturing facilities and internal support teams.
• Address customer escalations as needed.
• Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and areas for potential expansion.
• Advocate for digital tools and e-commerce solutions to our clients.
• Prior experience in technical sales or business development is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with the capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• A keen interest in technology and industrial applications.
• Proficient in managing personal planning and prioritization.
• Language proficiency: Native Finnish speaker is essential.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Proficient in Russian is required.
• Knowledge of German and other Baltic languages is a bonus.
