This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Optimize revenue and profitability across a range of portfolios that include Hotels and Multifamily Buildings.
• Enhance performance by developing innovative revenue strategies, creating advanced pricing programs, and executing targeted yield management tactics.
• Work collaboratively with Kasa's Revenue Management team, along with distribution, marketing, sales, financial strategy, and real estate teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Kasa’s property partners and the owners of the properties.
• Revenue Driver: Actively enhances revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines by optimizing pricing strategies and maximizing revenue.
• Market Specialist: Evaluates market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to formulate the best yield strategy.
• Naturally Analytical: Exhibits strong analytical abilities, capable of collecting, organizing, and analyzing extensive data to support data-driven decision-making. Utilizes revenue management systems, property management systems, and various technology tools to obtain relevant data for informed, analytical choices.
• Effective Communicator: Emphasizes transparent communication, alignment, collaboration, and financial insight to establish yourself as a key asset to both internal and external stakeholders, aiding in the success of properties.
• Owner Mindset: Assesses revenue strategies and decisions not just from a revenue management viewpoint but with a comprehensive understanding of the property's overall business goals.
• Strategy Executor: Proven history of developing and executing strategies that enhance revenue, maximize profitability, and surpass the revenue targets of properties.

• The Compensation: The initial base pay range for this position is between $105,000 and $115,000, determined by various factors including business needs, market conditions, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. This base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted. This role may also qualify for equity, bonuses, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.
