This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation for the Chronic PD portfolio within the Central/North Florida region.
• Facilitate cohesive resource coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and local implementation strategies within the area.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with physicians and business partners.
• Collaborate closely with PD Clinical Specialists to ensure resource alignment.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all therapies, products, and the complete sales process.
• Negotiate and manage all local contracts effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual communications.
• Enhance and expand PD therapy utilization by focusing on increasing PD referrals (new patients on PD).
• Direct all strategic initiatives across PD therapies.
• Propel pre-tax associated margins and market share growth through direct engagement with providers.
• Responsible for the creation and negotiation of local contracts in alignment with strategic pricing initiatives.
• Utilize business tools to identify and expand opportunities with high-potential providers.
• Deliver scientific and technical sales presentations and discussions pertinent to the portfolio.
• Create, manage, and develop a territory sales opportunity funnel to secure new business and increase market share.
• Maximize territory growth through robust collaboration with various strategic account initiatives.
• Document and maintain all relevant customer interactions through Salesforce entries.
• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant medical device and/or clinical sales experience.
• Proven success in closing new business deals.
• Experience engaging with physicians in a sales environment is essential.
• Preferred experience calling on nephrologists and having established physician networks.
• Skilled in full sales cycle management, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical field is required.
• History of managing multiple projects and/or businesses while consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Advanced consultative sales abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
• Capability to relate to various management and staff levels in a clinical environment.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to initiate, execute, and finalize related contractual processes.
• Demonstrated forecasting abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness to travel an average of at least 50% of the time.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
