This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing a diverse multi-account client portfolio that generates approximately $8–10M in annual fee revenue.
• Implementing standardized operational practices across accounts to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
• Partnering with PMO, Scientific, Creative, and Capability Leads.
• Reporting on portfolio health, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Cultivating and sustaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Managing forecasting, revenue generation, and financial performance at the portfolio level.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in client services, medical communications, or similar agency environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex client portfolios and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Established financial and commercial leadership experience.
• Excellent client leadership and executive communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities at the portfolio level.
• Familiarity with procurement frameworks and contractual obligations.
