This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iraq.
• Assist in the operational implementation of the PFM CoE.
• Oversee operational metrics including Demand Placements, Margin Review Prework, and Policy 6 support.
• Promote and ensure adherence to process and system compliance.
• Lead and nurture the regional team to streamline and establish top-tier standard processes and policies.
• Create and enforce operational routines through Daily Management for contract excellence and event preparation readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact for Service Directors and regional leadership.
• Aggregate and keep an accurate, up-to-date view of the outage pipeline.
• Advocate for a LEAN culture and spearhead transformation initiatives aligned with the wider Operations strategy.
• Drive continuous process enhancements and prioritize opportunities for automation.
• Ensure the precise and timely execution of Events Management, On Time Demand placement, billing issuance, and forecasting for billing and collections.
• Guide a team of Sub Regional PFMs.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, bringing them to the attention of CoE leadership.
• Discover, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Cultivate collaborations with cross-functional teams and other CoEs to guarantee a seamless experience for Service Directors, CPMs, Services Managers, and others.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience in Services and/or Contract Performance Management.
• At least 8 years of experience in the power generation services, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
• Experience in managing teams and achieving results through team efforts.
• Tactical thinker capable of developing and implementing concrete action plans.
• Ability to collaborate with horizontal teams such as Pole/ITR Finances, Fulfillment, and Operations.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, PFM, Field, or CPM-like positions.
• COE experience is a plus.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in people leadership.
• Proven adaptability and flexibility, capable of functioning in ambiguous situations.
• Graduate of the GE Program.
• Possess a Lean and continuous improvement mindset.
• A minimum of 2 years in operations leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Robust interpersonal and leadership abilities.
