This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take ownership of the precise and prompt entry of portfolio company information into the CRM.
• Gather, standardize, and reconcile regular reports from portfolio companies.
• Create and sustain internal portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Act as an operational liaison for portfolio companies.
• Ensure the CRM pipeline is clean, organized, and current.
• Assist the investment team throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Continuously enhance the team's operational infrastructure.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, analysis, investment support, or FP&A-related roles.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM and deal flow platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven capability to develop, document, and maintain repeatable processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and function effectively in a remote, global, and fast-paced environment.
