This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.
• Take ownership of the precise and prompt entry of portfolio company information into the CRM, including financial and operational KPIs, valuation metrics, ownership information, and reporting updates.
• Gather, standardize, and reconcile periodic reports from portfolio companies, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data for the investment and finance teams.
• Create and maintain internal portfolio reports and dashboards for the Tether Capital team and senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy across all platforms.
• Act as an operational liaison for portfolio companies, managing surveys and assisting them in leveraging the firm's network, resources, and internal expertise, while highlighting recurring founder needs to the team.
• Be the primary operational contact for inbound deal flow, sorting and logging opportunities to the appropriate members of the Tether Capital team.
• Keep a clean, organized, and current pipeline in the CRM, ensuring every opportunity is accurately categorized, tagged, and tracked through each stage.
• Assist the investment team throughout the transaction lifecycle—coordinating documentation, tracking signature and closing checklists, ensuring workstreams remain on schedule through to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, organize, and maintain deal materials and closing documentation.
• Continuously enhance the team's operational infrastructure—deal flow tracking, CRM maintenance, and portfolio company reporting schedules.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes, boosting the team's efficiency and minimizing operational risks.
• 2–4 years of experience in an operations, analyst, investment support, or FP&A role, preferably within venture capital or private equity.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and an acute attention to detail; you take pride in data accuracy and process integrity.
• Proficient use of CRM and deal flow platforms, alongside strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven capability to establish, document, and maintain repeatable processes, while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without overlooking details.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and function effectively in a remote, global, and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of venture/growth-stage investment workflows, portfolio reporting, and valuation principles.
• Familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience in administering or implementing CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
