• Oversee detail-oriented programs that require significant data management and stakeholder collaboration.

• Conduct essential business analytics and collaborate with field care teams to enhance workflows.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address challenges effectively.

• Develop metrics and reports to assess the success of programs.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, analytical healthcare setting.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• A self-starter who thrives in uncertain situations.

• Proficient in data management and skilled in MS Excel.

• Authorization to work in the US is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
