This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist the Director of Quality in developing and overseeing project timelines, creating work plans, and coordinating the resources necessary to achieve goals for designated projects through FLIPA's Value Based Care division.
• Manage project activities for FLIPA’s population health initiatives as assigned, particularly those arising from value-based contracts and grant-funded programs.
• Act as a liaison for external stakeholders, facilitating data collection and implementation processes related to population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with various organizations and regions to provide project management support that aligns with diverse organizational cultures, structures, and communities.
• Aid external stakeholders in utilizing population health platforms and front-end data interfaces, ensuring the effective application of available tools and information.
• Assist in the execution of FLIPA’s Performance Management Committee by coordinating meetings, developing content, documenting outcomes, and monitoring deliverables.
• Offer quality improvement assistance to stakeholders, including project management, workflow design, process enhancement, result summaries, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with the FLIPA data team to determine data analytics requirements for project evaluation as necessary.
• Organize and verify population health data sets to assist the Value Based Care team in recognizing trends and identifying areas for quality enhancement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as public health, healthcare administration, business, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management or related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as public health, healthcare administration, business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 0-2 years of project management or related experience is required.
• Experience within the New York State health care system (including population health, behavioral health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, or similar) is required.
• Familiarity with population health is essential.
