
Pool Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct regular maintenance of pools which includes vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets.
• Assess and balance pool water chemistry, adding necessary chemicals to maintain appropriate levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other water quality standards.
• Examine pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; diagnose issues and perform basic repairs or suggest further service as needed.
• Clean and upkeep pool decks, equipment areas, and the surrounding environment.
• Keep precise records of service visits, chemical usage, and customer interactions.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance advice, and any required repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and property.
• Respond quickly to service requests and emergencies as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional technical training is advantageous.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar field is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
