Polyglot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to create robust applications using Python.

• Design and enhance RAG architectures to handle various data types.

• Participate in workflows for document processing and ingestion.

• Facilitate real-time interactions through Streaming APIs.

• Deliver insights by optimizing metadata handling and retrieval processes.

• Contribute to LLM integrations to enhance document response capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of extensive experience in Python development.

• Practical experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.

• Proficiency in working with Vector Databases (embeddings, similarity search, indexing).

• Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable agent integration patterns.

• Experience in Document Parsing & Extraction (PDF, structured/unstructured data).

• Skilled in building Document Ingestion Pipelines (loading → parsing → chunking → embedding → storage).

• Familiarity with Streaming APIs and SSE (Server-Sent Events) for real-time responses.

• Implementation experience of Document Citation / Source Attribution in LLM responses.

• Knowledge of LLM integrations (OpenAI / Bedrock / similar).

• Experience in managing metadata, indexing, and retrieval optimization.

• Familiarity with LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks (Good to Have).

• Experience with chat/agent-based UI integrations (Good to Have).
