Polish-English OPI/VRI Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and the Client by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Uphold standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Communicate and report to your team leader.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarize yourself with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical contexts.

• Ensure messages are rendered accurately and completely, without any additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Provide top-tier customer service during interpreting sessions.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by delivering accurate and complete interpretations.

• Adhere to standards of practice.

• Engage in internal professional training.

• Show eagerness to obtain new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
