This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and thorough interpretations of messages.

• Implement established standards of practice.

• Communicate and provide updates to your team leader.
