Policy Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational execution and ongoing enhancement of Experian's Global Policy Framework, including its standards and policy lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Executive Risk Owners and Policy Owners, offering governance expertise and guidance throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Advocate for the creation of AI-driven services, such as the Global Policy Assistant, to improve employee access to policy guidance.

• Discover opportunities for enhancing governance through automation, digital technologies, and process optimization.

• Track policy performance, manage the impacts of business changes, and lead initiatives that boost efficiency, consistency, and partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in policy governance, operational risk, internal controls, governance, or enterprise risk management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering business transformation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging with senior leaders across a global organization.

• Experience in implementing AI-driven services, governance technologies, or digital solutions would be a plus.

• Strong program, planning, and project management skills aligned with strategic priorities to ensure effective operational delivery.
