Podcast Production Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire process of podcast recordings from initial planning to final publication.

• Handle guest communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate recording logistics.

• Conduct research on guests, relevant topics, and audience preferences.

• Develop guest briefs, preparation documents, and research summaries.

• Administer production tracking, manage release forms, documentation, and operational workflows.

• Assist in the publishing of episodes across various podcast and video platforms.

• Oversee metadata management, quality assurance checks, reporting dashboards, and performance analytics to enhance the podcast's effectiveness.

• Podcast Experience: Proven experience in working on a podcast.

• Media & Content: Background in media, journalism, or content production.

• Exceptional Organisation: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Written Communication: Strong proficiency in written communication.

• Project Coordination: Experience in managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, or overseeing complex processes.

• AI Confidence: Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research, learning, and enhancing your work.

• Love of Great Content: A genuine passion for podcasts, media, or storytelling.

• Learning Mindset: Quick learner who enjoys engaging with unfamiliar subjects.
