Podcast Producer, Videographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• **Lead End-to-End Production:** Serve as the Director of Photography, director, and audio engineer. You will oversee the shoot from the moment the equipment arrives until the final file is securely backed up.

• **Master the Technical Setup:** Acquire cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment. You will create high-end studio environments from scratch, whether in a permanent studio in NYC or a temporary setup at various locations.

• **Global Field Production:** Travel frequently (to locations such as London, Canada, LA, and NYC) to capture the show. You will manage the "walks and talks," guest arrivals, and behind-the-scenes vlogs that provide the show's essence.

• **Creative Partnership:** Go beyond the lens to assist in securing guests, conducting research, testing questions, and shaping the show's overall presentation.

• **High-Stakes Editing:** While dedicated editors focus on long-form episodes, you will be responsible for impactful creative edits, sizzle reels, and vlogs that require your unique touch.

• **Team Building:** As the show expands, you will take charge of hiring and managing the production team that will operate under your leadership.
