This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the creative vision for podcast content and its visual identity.
• Create podcast artwork, episode graphics, and thumbnail designs.
• Develop motion graphics, including intros, outros, and various visual assets.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes or manage the editing process.
• Produce short-form content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and others.
• Design repeatable templates and content systems accessible to internal team members.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate content launches and promotional efforts.
• Contribute to establishing creative standards and production workflows as our media platform evolves.
• Experience in multimedia design.
• Demonstrated success with podcasts, YouTube channels, or media brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing podcast, video, and content-centric projects.
• Background in creating content tailored for social-first and video-first platforms.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and engaging an audience.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Experience with educational, wellness, mental health, media, or thought-leadership brands is advantageous.
