Pod Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the overall delivery health and performance of designated pod(s).

• Ensure that projects, campaigns, and deliverables are finalized punctually and meet quality standards.

• Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and team responsibility.

• Provide insight into project status, delivery performance, and operational risks.

• Oversee and enhance end-to-end workflow management within the pod.

• Streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and promote operational consistency.

• Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure smooth execution and transitions.

• Assist in execution planning and prioritization of tasks.

• Anticipate workload and recognize resource limitations.

• Collaborate with department leaders to align staffing and capacity with business requirements.

• Act as the operational hub that connects strategy, planning, execution, and production.

• Proactively recognize and address workflow, delivery, and operational risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in project management, operations, workflow management, agency delivery, or production management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience managing intricate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage various priorities and adjust timelines as needed.

• Familiarity with project and workflow management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and focus on processes.

• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic operational insights.

• Experience in direct mail, digital marketing, media, or campaign delivery settings is preferred.
