PnP Pipeline On-call Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular and proactive health checks on functional and PnP-enabled flows to monitor pipeline efficiency.

• Ensure accurate data representation by verifying that test results are correctly displayed on the RLS PnP dashboard.

• Analyze pipeline failures and classify issues related to infrastructure/deployment, UTF/PnP analyzer, and advanced pipeline challenges.

• Execute basic bug fixes, including deployment or execution patches as needed.

• Report infrastructure-related issues through the proper internal channels.

• Bring complex or systemic problems to the attention of pipeline owners, providing relevant logs and context.

• Work collaboratively with pipeline owners and Cross-Functional (XFN) Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) on PnP trace tags and measurement-window alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in monitoring alerts and dashboards effectively.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities with a knack for identifying patterns in failure logs and recommending enhancements.

• Capability to distinguish between infrastructure, firmware, and analyzer-specific errors.

• Preferably familiar with jest-e2e and the Unified Test Framework (UTF).

• Preferred experience with internal infrastructure tools such as buck, sandcastle, phabricator, and internal AI resources.

• Ability to read and interpret CI pipeline logs efficiently is preferred.

• Experience with leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code and Metamate is preferred.
