This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver comprehensive support through phone, portal, and chat channels while adhering to SLA targets.
• Independently diagnose and resolve issues related to lease management and tenant workflows.
• Assist in addressing and resolving challenges associated with third-party integrations.
• Utilize SQL queries to analyze data issues, confirm results, and determine root causes.
• Manage support tickets autonomously, effectively prioritizing tasks with minimal oversight.
• Clearly and proactively communicate with clients, taking ownership of issues until resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Integration teams as necessary.
• Recognize recurring problems and contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement and enhance knowledge base content.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in application or software support.
• Background in Accounting or Finance (degree or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated experience with ERP, property management systems, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong grasp of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Competence in writing and executing basic SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in investigating data, system, and workflow issues.
• Familiarity with integrated systems or software interfaces.
• Proficiency in using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Highly regarded experience in supporting property management software in a client-facing role (SaaS or installed applications).
• Exposure to MyBuildings, Nexus, or similar PropTech integrations.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware concepts.
• Experience in supporting cloud/SaaS environments.
• Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or troubleshooting integrations.
• Familiarity with real estate or property management clients and their workflows.
