This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of weekly status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and governance documentation for agency and project leadership.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting records, and other PMO artifacts in line with project standards.
• Gather and consolidate status updates from functional, technical, data, testing, and training workstreams for comprehensive project reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings by organizing sessions, preparing agendas, taking notes, and monitoring follow-up actions until completion.
• Oversee milestones, deliverables, approval timelines, and governance deadlines to ensure the implementation remains on track.
• Assist in tracking dependencies across functional, data, security, and technical teams.
• Support change control, document management, and project communications by utilizing established PMO processes and templates.
• Ensure that decisions, risks, issues, and stakeholder actions are clearly documented and reflected in project plans and reports.
• Aid in readiness tracking across significant implementation events such as requirements approval, ATO activities, SIT, training, UAT, documentation handoff, and agency approval.
• Experience in supporting PMO, project coordination, or project controls within a federal setting.
• Knowledge of standard PMO artifacts such as status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and meeting minutes.
• Capability to coordinate inputs from various workstreams and maintain accurate, timely reporting in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for follow-up tracking, milestone oversight, and document management.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate coordination among government, contractor, and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities such as requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience working within formal governance frameworks, documented processes, and approval-focused delivery environments.
• Proficient in project scheduling, reporting, and collaboration tools essential for supporting PMO operations.
• DoD experience is a plus.
