This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of executive status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and governance briefings.
• Oversee the upkeep of project management artifacts, such as RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting records, and project documentation.
• Gather, consolidate, and verify status updates from various workstreams, including functional, technical, security, testing, training, and data migration.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items until completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, key deliverables, approvals, and governance deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-functional dependency management and escalation tracking.
• Aid in change management, document control, configuration management, and project communication activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and stakeholder actions.
• Assist with readiness activities related to requirements, design reviews, testing, training, deployment, Authority to Operate (ATO), and go-live preparations.
• Help maintain project repositories, reporting tools, collaboration sites, and PMO processes.
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting PMO, project coordination, project controls, or implementation management activities.
• Experience in supporting federal government projects or large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Knowledge of PMO governance processes and artifacts, including status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and meeting minutes.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.
• Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.
• Ability to engage with clients to understand their needs.
