This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and cultivate a high-performing team comprising Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Set performance expectations, create career development plans, and establish succession strategies for the PMO organization.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and professional growth initiatives.
• Promote a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee the successful delivery of client projects across various technology domains, including Data Center, Network & Security, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Monitor portfolio health, which encompasses schedule, budget, scope, quality, resource utilization, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent project delivery methodologies are applied throughout the PMO.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Maintain governance throughout project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, change management, and closure.
• Manage PMO resource capacity, workload distribution, and staffing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services, Technology Consulting, or similar sectors.
• Background in managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Proven track record in delivering complex technology implementation projects across various technical areas.
• Strong understanding of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies.
• Established leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing high-performing project management professionals.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without having direct authority.
• Experience in managing portfolios that consist of multiple simultaneous customer engagements.
