This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The ideal Transformation Delivery Manager will collaborate with our clients to lead and set up the Transformation Management Office (TMO), Program Management Office (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management processes and solutions, managing high-profile complex programs using established EY frameworks and methodologies aligned with globally recognized standards.

• You will work alongside engagement leadership to design and implement core processes, while also supporting a delivery team in the planning, controlling, and execution of complex programs, PMOs, and Transformation Offices.

• In this position, you will acquire valuable insights and facilitate strategic discussions with key stakeholders.

• You will collaborate closely with our Technology Solutions team to innovatively utilize technology in support of processes as part of the comprehensive solution design.

• Key deliverables you will focus on include: Assessments and Process Design, Capability Roadmap Development and execution, and PMO Setup & Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience; or a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.

• Around 6+ years of experience in large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in at least one of the following areas: PMO/EPMO design/setup and delivery, program road-mapping design, resource/capacity management, program execution, PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations.

• Experience in Transformation Office design/setup and delivery, and Value/Benefit realization.

• Proficiency in End-to-End Portfolio Management implementation – including intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, and financial management.

• Familiarity with End-to-End ERP implementation.

• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work in US and UK time zones.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity PPM, or Primavera.

• An MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile concepts.

• Business analysis skills.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Jira, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
