PLC Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as the international project manager for Electrical Design and Automation.

• Coordinate and/or develop the Electrical Design and Automation work package, encompassing hardware, visualization, and PLC software.

• Evaluate specifications during the bidding process.

• Draft the Electrical Design and Automation section of the requirements specification for project implementation.

• Manage installation and commissioning efforts within the automation sector.

• Supervise and assess system testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification/additional training.

• Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally within the logistics sector.

• Strong understanding of drive technology and bus systems.

• Solution-oriented mindset.

• Team-oriented individual.

• Curious, adaptable, and driven.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% of the year.
