This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handling 'Calls for Help' from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these 'Calls for Help'.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Becoming proficient in utilizing various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Employing creativity to find solutions for daily challenges.
• Aiding in reporting by monitoring data on forms or spreadsheets.
• Assisting your managers with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment of all players within the game.
• Reporting any issues or trends identified within the game.
• Native proficiency in Russian with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced expertise in Google Workspace.
• Strong capability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A strong passion for video games.
