• Handling 'Calls for Help' received from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these 'Calls for Help'.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Developing proficiency in various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Thinking creatively to find solutions to daily challenges.
• Supporting reporting efforts by tracking data using forms or spreadsheets.
• Assisting your managers with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for everyone within the game.
• Reporting any issues or trends identified in the game.
• A native level of English with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and independent working capabilities with minimal supervision.
• Comprehensive understanding of gaming-related social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A strong passion for video games.
