This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Evaluate real-money transactions and player behaviors to identify and prevent fraudulent accounts and suspicious activities.
• Perform KYC verification, risk assessments, and Enhanced Due Diligence for high-value accounts in accordance with global regulatory standards.
• Oversee extensive payment operations, encompassing deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and redemption decisions.
• Examine transaction irregularities, money laundering activities, and bonus misuse while upholding thorough regulatory documentation.
• Authenticate identity documents, implement compliance protocols, and collaborate with legal and risk teams.
• Address payment inquiries in conjunction with Customer Support and Finance teams while resolving system discrepancies.
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives and the formulation of fraud prevention strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in KYC, Payments, or Risk roles within the iGaming or fintech sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of regulated gaming markets in the USA and Europe, along with compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex risk scenarios to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and pattern recognition.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while ensuring accuracy under pressure.
• Commercial insight into how payment and risk decisions influence business outcomes.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of our 24/7 operations.
