Platform Tech Lead – Agent Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining the scope, establishing acceptance criteria, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and determining the explicit MVP requirements.

• Manage the backlog, acceptance criteria, and trade-offs throughout each project phase.

• Keep a log of decisions regarding the "manual now vs automate later" approach.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Agent Quality/Evals Engineer to establish measurable quality metrics for probabilistic agent behavior.

• Enforce scope discipline at each gate to prevent any phase leakage.

• Facilitate the availability of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), gather input from design partners, and align with executive expectations.

• Experience in enterprise B2B product ownership.

• Proficient in writing clear and testable acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with technical platform products and the specification of AI/agent behavior.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
