This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its related applications.
• Assisting customers in operationalizing all components of the Falcon platform.
• Planning, deploying, and configuring Falcon Identity Threat Protection (ITP) and Next-Gen Identity modules within client environments.
• Guiding customers through the integration of Active Directory and Azure AD with Falcon Identity modules, including the deployment and configuration of domain controller sensors.
• Supporting customers in defining and executing identity-based Zero Trust policies and conditional access regulations within the Falcon platform.
• Aiding clients in identifying and addressing identity risks, such as misconfigured accounts, exposed credentials, and lateral movement pathways.
• Educating and empowering customer security teams on identity threat detection use cases, dashboards, and response workflows within the Falcon console.
• Troubleshooting issues for customers ranging from small to large enterprises.
• Utilizing and engineering native and third-party software deployment technologies.
• Developing scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Managing customer project planning and status updates.
• Collaborating closely with customer information technology teams.
• Providing support to customers in vulnerability and asset management by leveraging CrowdStrike applications (such as Exposure Management).
• Assisting customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into their existing tools.
• Working closely and collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT deployments or working within an end-user/customer environment.
• General understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships effectively.
• Experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
• Extensive experience in computer and network systems security.
• Understanding of identity security concepts, including authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth), privileged access, and prevalent identity-based attack techniques (Pass-the-Hash, Pass-the-Ticket, Kerberoasting, DCSync).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to unique and complex challenges.
