This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the multi-surface customer experience across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Transform product experience strategies and research into implemented navigation and journey enhancements.
• Manage the Public API and MCP connectivity, focusing on positioning, developer support, and usage expansion.
• Oversee standard and AI-driven search functionalities throughout the product.
• Direct how customers access bills, POs, and documents, generate reports, and track audit trails.
• Define the behavior of LLM- and agent-driven features for finance users with risk-averse tendencies.
• Manage account and identity experiences, including self-service 2FA resets and controls for account owners/admins.
• Prioritize the product-wide roadmap and influence the architecture of the platform.
• Conduct discovery processes, formulate testable hypotheses, establish metrics, and promote post-launch adoption.
• Leverage Amplitude, customer insights, and AI tools for discovery, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making.
• Collaborate through the TPL and partner with various teams to deliver and implement products.
• Extensive B2B SaaS product management experience with a record of independently driving outcomes.
• Proven history of managing product-wide capabilities such as search, navigation, account/identity, or reporting.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform decisions and architecture involving APIs and shared functionalities.
• Proficient in understanding technical and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience across web and mobile platforms, particularly in facilitating customer transitions between devices mid-task.
• Experience in launching AI/LLM-powered products as a product partner with engineering or ML teams.
• Knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, and the trade-offs related to accuracy, latency, cost, evaluation, and trust.
• Practical AI literacy with the ability to convert an evolving AI strategy into delivered and adopted products.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities and credibility in architectural discussions.
• High data fluency with Amplitude or similar tools; capable of defining metrics where none exist.
• Experience managing security-sensitive account and identity decisions, including 2FA and risks of account takeover.
• Comfortable interpreting technical designs and collaborating closely with engineers.
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, accounting, payments, or other domains sensitive to correctness, permissions, and auditability.
• Nice to have: experience with Public APIs or developer platforms, including API or integration ecosystem adoption.
• Nice to have: experience working with distributed teams and cultural awareness/timezone alignment.
• Must quickly learn the Xero and QuickBooks Online ecosystem.
• Must be adept at working through teams without direct management responsibilities.
• Salary range of £90,000 - £100,000, based on experience and location.
