Platform Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Migrate and reconstruct partner websites on new platforms while maintaining content, structure, and branding.

• Transfer scheduled posts as necessary.

• Recreate and oversee email marketing campaigns (including templates and automations) on the new platform.

• Monitor migration progress across all 1,000 accounts utilizing Excel (status logs, QA checklists, error tracking).

• Engage with supervisors and possibly partners through Outlook concerning migration schedules, challenges, and completion.

• Conduct quality assurance checks after migration to ensure websites, posts, and campaigns display and function properly.

• Record issues, edge cases, and solutions to enhance process improvement throughout the project.

• Achieve daily/weekly migration targets to maintain the 90-day timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including tracking, formulas, filtering/sorting large datasets, with pivot tables being a plus).

• A minimum of one of the following: Practical website development experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).

• Experience in social media posting and account management using third-party posting services.

• Experience in creating and managing email campaigns (developing templates, managing lists, executing campaigns).

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume, deadline-driven tasks.

• Ability to work independently, adhere to detailed SOPs, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Excellent written communication skills for correspondence with partners.
