📋 Description

• Define, document, and promote the enterprise-wide implementation of standardized integration patterns, API governance frameworks, and data flow architectures across various delivery teams.

• Design and oversee robust integrations among core SaaS platforms and the enterprise ecosystem layers, which include identity management, data pipelines, and downstream business consumers.

• Collaborate with business divisions to comprehend commercial requirements and convert business needs into practical technical integration designs and expedited implementation paths.

• Operate within a matrixed organizational structure, aligning technical strategies with business objectives while acting as a liaison between business leaders and engineering teams.

• Set operational standards for API performance, error management, retry processes, and system resilience throughout platform data flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive IT/Software Engineering experience.

• At least 3 years of direct, hands-on expertise in integration architecture, API design, data flow modeling, and fundamental integration patterns.

• Proven experience in integrating enterprise SaaS platforms with enterprise IT systems, including identity and access management (IAM) and central data layers.

• Outstanding ability to establish relationships and influence results in complex, fast-moving matrix environments.

• Demonstrated skill in creating scalable, repeatable platform capabilities instead of isolated "one-off" solutions.

• Full proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Clear ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A growth mindset, a high level of ownership, execution focus, and comfort in managing ambiguous requirements.
