📋 Description

• Create and manage platform-focused core services that facilitate high-scale distributed systems throughout OnePay’s product ecosystem.

• Develop internal developer tools and shared infrastructure that enhance velocity, reliability, and observability across engineering teams.

• Construct and refine frameworks that support the development and orchestration of agentic applications, allowing for intelligent, automated workflows across products.

• Propel improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows to boost deployment speed, reliability, and confidence among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-9 years of experience in software engineering within fintech, cloud infrastructure, or environments involving large-scale distributed systems.

• Proven experience in building developer platforms, internal tools, or frameworks that enable other engineers to work more efficiently.

• Profound expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability platform services.

• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments and developing cloud-native infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability in designing and creating agentic developer tools that facilitate automation, collaboration, or intelligent workflows.

• Strong background in working with CI/CD pipelines and driving enhancements in continuous integration and delivery.
