Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the development and advancement of our internal platform-as-a-service utilized by application and service developers.

• Create and sustain tools that enhance developer workflows, ensure deployment reliability, and boost daily productivity.

• Work in collaboration with platform and application engineers to pinpoint friction points and execute incremental enhancements.

• Acquire and implement best practices related to Infrastructure-as-Code, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize, or show a willingness to adopt, AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, and demonstrate enthusiasm in exploring and integrating LLM-powered solutions that automate internal support and operational workflows.

• Have the chance to propose innovative ideas and improvements, with guidance and mentorship from the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and infrastructure, with substantial contributions.

• Proficiency with AWS or other cloud service providers.

• Familiarity with container orchestration, CI/CD, or production observability (in-depth expertise not mandatory).

• A passion for debugging systems, comprehending how they function, and enhancing reliability over time.

• The capability to dissect problems and implement solutions with support.

• Strong developer empathy and a commitment to enhancing the developer experience.
