AI/ML Platform Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Architecture team to enhance Curve’s AI platform and set development standards

• Engaging in the technical design, development, testing, and delivery of production services

• Producing high-quality production code while utilizing advanced AI-assisted development tools

• Working closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers

• Conducting technical design reviews, performing code reviews, mentoring developers, and actively contributing throughout the software development lifecycle

• Addressing intricate development challenges related to distributed systems, intelligent workflows, APIs, cloud-native services, and contemporary AI technologies

• Continuously assessing emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on scalable SaaS applications

• More than 3 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying production AI applications, platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions

• Proven track record of taking AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production deployment

• Solid expertise in modern backend development, particularly with Python or similar technologies

• Experience in building or enhancing agentic AI systems, MCP servers, or similar integration frameworks, as well as machine learning solutions and LLM-based applications

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and contemporary software development practices

• Enthusiasm for mentoring developers through technical design, code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative hands-on efforts
