This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• We are in search of a skilled Platform Engineer who will be responsible for designing, constructing, and overseeing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms on AWS.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Construct and uphold secure cloud platforms that adhere to governance and standardization practices.
• Architect and provide support for microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines while integrating DevSecOps methodologies.
• Embed security measures, including IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Enhance system resiliency through strategies for high availability, backups, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance.
• Construct and manage ETL pipelines and data workflows within cloud environments.
• Apply SRE principles such as monitoring, alerting, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Automate operational workflows using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Support AI/ML workloads by facilitating scalable infrastructure, inference, and security.
• Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model versioning, automated training, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate model monitoring, performance tracking, and drift detection within production settings.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document the platform architecture and processes.
• Extensive expertise in designing and engineering solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in building modern CI/CD pipelines and embedding DevSecOps best practices into delivery workflows.
• Profound understanding of microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures at scale.
• Experience in creating and managing robust ETL and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Strong capabilities in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Excellent scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or related languages.
• Solid experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting within production environments.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, VPCs, load balancers, and firewalls.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• A passion for constructing resilient, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
