This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and sustain end-to-end inference time tracking (both global and per-model).
• Analyze the effects of implementation changes on overall request latency.
• Identify regressions caused by inefficient code paths.
• Deliver automated alerts and historical trend analysis.
• Create dashboards for internal stakeholders, including engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Offer client-facing usage dashboards that display requests, errors, success rates, and performance metrics.
• Assist clients in gaining visibility to troubleshoot their integrations.
• Monitor model-level usage, API endpoint utilization, adoption metrics, and more.
• Implement metrics, logs, and traces that facilitate seamless platform scaling.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and backend teams to enhance system observability.
• Provide insights that inform infrastructure decisions, such as GPU allocation, autoscaling, caching, and batching.
• Choose and maintain tools like Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, ELK, and BigQuery.
• Ensure that data pipelines are dependable, accessible, and consistently updated.
• Construct straightforward, easily interpretable dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, observability, or monitoring.
• Proficient with metrics, logging, and tracing frameworks (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
• Strong understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Capability to convert raw metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience in creating dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI model monitoring, including latency, throughput, error codes, and GPU utilization.
