This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

• Lead the design and advancement of a hybrid cloud platform utilizing Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

• Define reusable platform services and establish governance for deployment across varying classification levels.

• Architect and oversee multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms for diverse environments.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code, GitOps methodologies, and automated provisioning processes.

• Design network topology and governance frameworks for Azure environments.

• Develop secure platform capabilities, including identity integration and observability practices.

• Provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and drive the modernization of the platform.

• Over 5 years of experience in architecting enterprise cloud platforms.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in building cloud platforms using Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field.

• Current certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD, or their equivalents; Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Azure services, including Landing Zones, VNets, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and more.

• Proficient in Kubernetes tools like AKS, Helm, Kustomize, and others.

• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and GitLab CI/CD.

• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

• Strong understanding of security practices, including Zero Trust and compliance standards.
