This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers on intricate enterprise opportunities, taking ownership of the technical architecture discussions: integration design, authentication, security posture, service delivery narrative, compliance requirements, and data governance.
• Facilitate technical discovery and solution design meetings with IT, InfoSec, and architecture stakeholders, converting Seismic's technical capabilities into precise responses for customers' specific infrastructure inquiries.
• Showcase Seismic's method of agentic AI and MCP-based integrations, assisting customers in understanding how to create next-generation user experiences on the Seismic platform using LLMs and orchestration tools.
• Lead the technical validation component in POC engagements: setting up environments, confirming integration patterns, and resolving the technical obstacles that hinder a prospect's decision-making process.
• Develop self-guided demo experiences that Sales Engineers can present to customers, allowing them to independently explore Seismic's technical capabilities, thereby directly enhancing the team's capacity to scale coverage.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Seismic's integration ecosystem, including SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, REST APIs, webhooks, and essential platform partner integrations.
• Relay field patterns back to Product Management: integration gaps, compliance challenges, architectural objections, and the technical indicators that influence deal closures.
• Keep abreast of trends in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance (SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, Zero Trust) and assist customers in comprehending how Seismic's architecture meets their needs.
• At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical presales within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns: REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML and SSO, webhooks, and enterprise identity management.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks and how SaaS providers meet requirements concerning data governance, access control, and regulatory compliance.
• Practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, including agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks such as MCP.
• Experience in configuring or creating technical proof-of-concepts or demo environments in a presales or technical enablement setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid grasp of enterprise software architecture: SaaS delivery models, CRM integrations, content management systems, and cloud infrastructure basics.
• Knowledge of the industries relevant to Seismic’s primary verticals (financial services, healthcare, technology, insurance) is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
