Backend Developer – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop backend APIs using Java (Spring Boot) in accordance with established patterns;

• Create and enhance REST endpoints as per documentation via OpenAPI/Swagger;

• Facilitate integrations with external systems and microservices;

• Aid in the implementation of authentication mechanisms utilizing JWT/session management;

• Establish error handling protocols and standardize API response formats;

• Assist in testing (both unit and integration) and validation of APIs;

• Address bug fixes and drive continuous service improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in backend development;

• Proficiency in Java or another contemporary backend programming language;

• Familiarity with REST APIs;

• Understanding of database systems (either relational or NoSQL);

• Basic knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
