Platform Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise data platforms, including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and associated DHA tools.

• Manage configurations, access controls, and governance across various environments.

• Provide operational support including patch management, monitoring, logging, and validation of system health.

• Work collaboratively with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to resolve platform issues that affect dashboards, integrations, and performance.

• Organize platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration in accordance with enterprise delivery standards.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

• Assist with security and compliance efforts in alignment with RMF and NIST frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. In accordance with federal contract mandates, certain positions may also necessitate U.S. citizenship and the capability to obtain and sustain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

• Proven experience in administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure within a federal, DoD, or DHA-related environment.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux.

• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, particularly EC2-based infrastructure.

• Knowledge of access management, environment governance, and operational maintenance in regulated settings.

• Experience in supporting RMF, NIST, or equivalent security and compliance frameworks.

• Excels in a remote, collaborative Agile setting and enjoys working closely with cross-functional technical teams.

• Communicates effectively and transparently, whether drafting a runbook or troubleshooting with engineers.
