Planning Manager – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee or assist in the creation and upkeep of cohesive project schedules spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

• Develop both high-level and detailed schedules that encompass assumptions, productivity rates, calendars, constraints, and assessments of schedule health.

• Organize planning sessions that involve cross-functional teams.

• Perform schedule risk assessments and aid in mitigation planning efforts.

• Establish and oversee schedule controls, track progress, and manage resource-loaded schedules.

• Synchronize schedules with cost estimates in partnership with cost and estimating teams.

• Assess and confirm third-party schedules for accuracy.

• Deliver consistent updates on schedule performance and conduct trend analyses.

• Spearhead special projects, enhance processes, and create project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in executing large-scale capital projects through various phases, ideally with a focus on Data Center projects.

• Extensive knowledge in project controls, planning, and construction management.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Skilled in developing and overseeing resource- and cost-loaded schedules.

• Experienced in conducting schedule risk analysis, including quantitative risk evaluations.

• Proficient in CQV planning, system turnover, and ensuring operational readiness in complex technical settings.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management effectively.
