• Collaborate with Clients: Comprehend client preferences, requirements, and budgets to offer tailored travel suggestions.
• Organize & Reserve Travel: Coordinate flights, lodging, transportation, excursions, and other travel services with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Offer Expert Insights: Remain updated on travel trends and destinations to provide informed advice on packages, activities, and experiences.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support before, during, and after trips, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Cultivate Relationships: Develop lasting client connections through reliable assistance and outstanding follow-through.
• Maintain Organization: Oversee multiple bookings simultaneously, ensuring that all travel information and communications are accurately recorded in the CRM.
• Manage Changes & Cancellations: Facilitate itinerary modifications, including rebookings, cancellations, and adjustments as necessary.
• Proven experience in customer service and managing client inquiries.
• Strong skills in travel planning and itinerary management.
• Knowledge of various destinations and current travel trends.
• Ability to solve problems related to booking issues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with booking systems or travel software is advantageous.
